Have you ever noticed which side your child prefers when they chew? Just like being right or left handed, some people naturally favor one side of their mouth when eating! Using both sides helps distribute the work of chewing, but having a preferred side isn’t necessarily a problem. If your child suddenly changes how they chew or mentions pain or discomfort, that’s a good time to let us know!

For others, it's opening wide, taking an X-ray, or making it through their first cleaning. We love celebrating every bit of progress because small wins can help build confidence for future visits!

Noticing spaces between your child’s baby teeth? That can actually be a good thing! Those little gaps often leave extra room for larger permanent teeth to come in later. Every smile develops differently, and a little spacing can be completely normal.
