That price usually buys the cheapest materials, one arch, surgery only. Then come the add-ons: sedation, the temporary, the final prosthetic, bone work if you need it. $8,995 becomes $30,000 by the time you have teeth you'd keep.

A real quote is one number, start to final, with follow-up included, in writing. If they can't write it down, the low price was bait.

Most of the time, it's not the actual titanium screw failing—it’s just a loose crown or abutment, which is completely fixable.
