Attention: Cigna Dental Patients

As of March 1st we are no longer a provider for Cigna Dental.

What you need to know:

🦷We will continue to file your Cigna dental claims and want to continue to be your dental provider.
🦷You will have no additional cost at your “dental cleaning appointment”. As a courtesy of our relationship with you, we plan to voluntarily take the Cigna write off so you will have no additional costs at the preventative appointment.
🦷When it comes to dental work (fillings, crowns, dentures, etc) you will pay about 10%-25% more out of pocket than if you had an in network dentist perform the dental work. We will always give you a cost estimate for your treatment and go over any questions you may have with your treatment costs.
