🌟 Meet Kasadi — Our Receptionist & Your First Smile! 🌟

They say first impressions matter — and Kasadi makes sure yours is always a great one. 😊

🏠 She's a Cleveland, TN native! Our only true local on the team, which means she probably already knows half our patients. 😄

🦷 She came in with zero dental experience — and now she's a Registered Dental Assistant. That's right, Dr. Ta trained and mentored Kasadi from the ground up and she earned her RDA! We love a glow-up story. 💪

📋 She keeps EVERYTHING running smoothly. Scheduling, insurance verification, keeping the front desk organized — if it involves making your experience better, Kasadi is on it.

👨‍👩‍👧 When she's not at the office she is soaking up every moment with her husband and their daughter. Life with a little one is the greatest adventure and Kasadi embraces every single moment of it — her love for her family is evident in everything she does. 😄💜

🍅 She has a serious love for tomatoes. She and her grandma make homemade tomato juice together and is kind enough to share a little with the office. It is a big deal around here and we look forward to it every time. 😄

🌮 And every week without fail she heads next door to the Mexican restaurant for chips and salsa. At this point we are pretty sure it is a sacred tradition and we fully support it. Someone has to keep the chip bowl full. 😂

🌊 Every year she heads to Florida for some much deserved sun, sand, and family time. She has her priorities perfectly in order and we respect it entirely.

Kasadi is the warm, friendly face that welcomes you the moment you walk through our doors and we wouldn't have it any other way! 💜

🌟 Meet Miranda — Our EFDA! 🌟

Buckle up, because Miranda's story is quite the adventure. 🗺️

📦 She has moved 11 times across 6 states. At this point she could pack and unpack a house in her sleep. Cleveland, TN is lucky she finally stopped! 😄

🎓 She has a degree in Public & Community Health from BYU Idaho. And she's an EFDA AND a certified Orthodontic Assistant. Basically she's a one-woman dental army.

🦷 Her background in oral surgery and pediatric dentistry is no accident. Miranda has built a truly impressive skill set across multiple specialty fields — and it's exactly why she loves general dentistry so much. Getting to do a little bit of everything every single day? That's her sweet spot. On Mondays you can find her at a pediatric dental office because her love for helping little ones get comfortable in the dental chair is something she just can't give up. 🥰

😬 Her mission? Helping people who are scared of the dentist. She has made it her personal goal to make every single patient feel comfortable in the chair. Hero behavior if you ask us.

🏖️ In the summer you'll find her at the pool, lake, or floating the river. And in the office, you'll find her making your dental visit way less scary than you imagined.

👧👧 She loves spending time with her two nieces. We have a feeling she is the absolute coolest aunt and we stand by that. 💜

🐶 She has a dog named Watson who also happens to work here. She calls him her "child." Watson has no complaints.

We are so glad Miranda's moving adventures led her to us in 2024! 💜

Using advanced 3D CBCT imaging, Dr. Ta carefully evaluated the available bone, surrounding anatomy, and ideal implant position before the procedure. A 4.5 × 10 mm implant was planned and placed at tooth #30 site.

The implant was given time to heal and integrate with the bone before the final crown was delivered. Total treatment time for this patient was approximately six months, and no bone grafting or membrane was needed.

Our detailed digital planning process helps guide implant size, depth, and angulation while supporting a functional, natural-looking result. Every implant case is different and requires a thorough, individualized evaluation and treatment plan.

🌟 Meet Kaelie — Our EFDA! 🌟

From California to Tennessee, Kaelie brought sunshine, good energy, and her dog Titan with her. 🌟

🎓 She didn't start in dentistry. Kaelie was a special education paraprofessional first, which means she came to us with more patience, empathy, and communication skills than most people learn in a lifetime.

🦷 Then she met Dr. Ta. He mentored and trained her, and the rest is history. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in Tennessee and never looked back.

📚 And she didn't stop there! Kaelie has completed her EFDA certification — because when she sets her mind to something, she sees it all the way through. We are so proud of her! 💪🎉

👧 She is a proud mama! Outside of the office Kaelie is raising her daughter and honestly we think that might be her greatest achievement of all. 💜

🐾 Titan was actually the ORIGINAL office dog. A tiny, mighty chihuahua who ran this place before anyone else showed up. He has since retired from his duties, spends his days napping like the legend he is, and absolutely does not take questions about it. Watson and Clover are doing their best to fill his very tiny — but very big — paws. 👑😂

🐍 She used to own a 7-foot red tail boa constrictor. She loves ALL animals — yes, including reptiles. Watson and Clover have both been warned. 😂

🥓 If she could eat one thing forever it would be a bacon cheeseburger. Honestly, same Kaelie. Same.

🏐 She loves volleyball and hiking with Titan. Even retired office dogs need their exercise! 😄

Kaelie brings so much heart to this office every single day and we are so grateful she found her passion for dentistry! 💜

🌟 Meet Karen — Our Office Manager! 🌟

If Ocoee Dental Care runs like a well-oiled machine, it's because of this woman right here. 💪

📅 She's been in dentistry since 1980. That's over 40 years of dental excellence. She was managing practices before most of us knew what a molar was.

👩‍💼 She does EVERYTHING. Clinical experience? Check. Running the entire business side of a practice? Check. Keeping Dr. Ta in line? Ongoing project. 😄

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 She has 6 grandchildren who call her "TaDa." Which is honestly the best nickname we've ever heard — and yes, we already call her that too. 😄

✈️ She and her husband David love to travel. With 40+ years of dental knowledge and 6 grandkids, she's earned every single vacation.

👜 Need something? Just ask Karen — she's got it in her purse. Headache? She's got Tylenol. Safety pin? Got it. Snack? In there. We are fully convinced her purse is a black hole of helpfulness and we are not complaining one bit. 😂

👩‍👧‍👦 She is 100% the office mom. Caring, dependable, always looking out for everyone — if you need advice, a snack, or just someone in your corner, Karen is your person. 💜

🍽️ She is hands down the best cook. Office potluck days are basically a holiday around here because of Karen. We don't have the recipes but we are working on it. 😄

😂 AND she is the office comedian. Somehow she manages to be the office mom, the best cook, the most organized person in the building AND the funniest one too. Karen, how do you do it? We are taking notes. 🤣

We are so lucky Karen chose to bring her incredible experience to our team in 2023. She is the backbone of this office and we honestly don't know what we'd do without her! 💜

🌟 Meet Nancy — Our Dental Hygienist! 🌟

Nancy has dentistry in her DNA — literally. 🦷

👨‍⚕️ Her dad was a dentist. She grew up in the dental world and never left. Some people are just meant for this field and Nancy is proof.

📚 She went BACK to school to level up. After completing dental assisting in 1990, she returned to Chattanooga State and earned her dental hygiene degree in 2004. Because why stop learning? 💪

🦸‍♀️ She does it ALL. Cleanings, deep cleanings, helping Dr. Ta with numbing, and jumping in wherever the team needs her — Nancy is truly the definition of a team player. If something needs to get done, Nancy is already on it before you even ask.

⛪ She is an active member and volunteer at First Baptist Church. Her passion for serving others doesn't stop when she leaves the office — it's just who she is at her core. 💛

💪 She is at the gym constantly and has the self control of an absolute legend. While the rest of us are eyeing the donuts in the break room, Nancy is out here making the rest of us look bad in the best possible way. 😂 Truly an inspiration.

🥜 She and Watson are best friends bonded over snacks. Peanut butter, carrots, and blueberries are their shared love language. Watson approves this message. 🐾

⛺ She loves "glamping." Not camping. GLAMPING. We respect the distinction entirely. 😄

Nancy brings so much warmth, wisdom, faith, and discipline to this office and we are so incredibly lucky to have her! 💜
