It’s time to officially spill the news..please help us congratulate and wish a happy retirement to our amazing hygienist, Melanie! 🥹🥳🎉
We surprised her last week with some fake patients on the schedule and rented a luxury van to go out to celebrate. ☺️🥂
Melanie has been with us for 30 years! I can’t begin to explain what an honor it has been to work with such an all around wonderful human being. Hard working, dependable, and friendly. We will miss you, Melanie! Wishing you all the best in this next chapter of life! You deserve it! ❤️

Okay, here is the official before/after photo from the case I posted yesterday. 🤯 My patient always wanted veneers, but I knew we could make some magic happen through a combination of orthodontics, gum reshaping, and a little whitening. So happy with the results! Huge shout out to the fabulous orthodontic work by Modern Orthodontics 😁

This patient was concerned about a gummy smile that became more noticeable after traditional orthodontic treatment. With laser gum recontouring, we were able to create a more balanced, confident smile—all with precision and minimal discomfort.

New smile transformation in progress 🚧🦷✨
Every great smile starts with a plan! This diagnostic wax-up lets us preview the final veneer design and create a beautifully balanced smile.

This case is a true full-mouth transformation involving a surgical extraction, multiple crown replacements, posterior crossbite correction (already complete here!), laser gingivectomy, cleaning, whitening, new fillings, an implant, and veneers.

Thought it’d be fun to share a little more about me outside of the office!

1️⃣ My favorite food is Japanese! 🍱 Give me a bento box and a boba tea, and I’m one happy girl.

2️⃣ I genuinely love cleaning and organizing. 🧺 A tidy space = a clear mind for me.

3️⃣ My husband is the complete opposite of me... he’s a professional MMA fighter. 🥊😂 We joke that our business model is: *he breaks the teeth, and I fix them.* (It’s only happened once... so far. 😳)

4️⃣ I’d rather splurge on an amazing meal at a great restaurant than spend money on designer clothes or jewelry. 🍽️✨

5️⃣ The beach is my happy place. 🌊 If you’ve been to my office, you probably already guessed that!

6️⃣ I’m actually pretty introverted... unless I’m with my close friends. Then it’s a whole different story. 🤪

7️⃣ I can fall asleep almost instantly. 😴 In fact, I overslept **two** dental school finals in the same week. (Thankfully, it all worked out!)

8️⃣ I have two senior dogs who are almost 14 and 13 years old. 🐶❤️ One of them has definitely kept my vet on speed dial... thanks, dachshund genetics!

9️⃣ My mom is my best friend. 💕 I truly owe so much of who I am and my success to her.

🔟 I’m a mom to two amazing kids, ages 3 and 6. They bring me more love, joy, and purpose than I ever imagined possible. 🥹🤍

When you’re closed for a week, and your first day back feels like Christmas morning! 😂🎁📫 Thankful to have an awesome UPS man who doesn’t get annoyed with us!

When one lab keeps giving you the runaround on a return date, you’re about to close the office for a week-long vacation, and you know your patient needs their denture as soon as you reopen so they can travel out of the country for a wedding... you do whatever it takes. 💙
We ordered a second denture from another lab and absorbed the extra cost to make sure our patient was taken care of. That’s the kind of commitment our patients deserve.
And of course... both dentures ended up arriving on time. 😂 Better safe than sorry! You won’t find this kind of treatment at a corporate office - I can assure you that!

Happy early birthday to me! 🥳 Today we upgraded to a Dexis Op 3D CBCT machine! Also upgraded our servers and computers 🖥️. Finishing all the last upgrades to begin placing dental implants next month. 🔩🦷 Love investing into the office and making improvements that allow us to provide the best care for our patients. 🙌👩🏼‍⚕️
