We are looking for a bubbly, detail-oriented, BILINGUAL*, team player to work at our front desk. The position is full-time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7:45 am - 5 pm - closed from 1-2 pm for lunch - and Friday 7:45 am - 1 pm). Primary responsibilities include:

▪️ warmly greeting patients, building relationships over time
▪️ checking in patients
▪️ answering phones
▪️ communicating with patients via our text system
▪️ managing overall flow of schedule
▪️ scheduling patients
▪️ sending doctor referrals and communicating with other dental offices

TODAY is your last day to support our Child Abuse Prevention Month fundraiser supporting the amazing work being done by the staff and volunteers at CASA of Johnson County. For each $5 donation, you will receive a blue pinwheel to place in the "garden" in front of our office. The blue pinwheel has become the national symbol for child abuse and neglect prevention, representing the safe, nurturing, and joyful childhood that all children deserve.

CASA of Johnson County is part of a national volunteer movement that began when a judge in Seattle decided he needed to know more about the children whose lives were in his hands. The solution he started was using community volunteers as a "voice in court" for abused and neglected children. These Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteers provided him with the detailed information he needed to safeguard the children's best interests and ensure that they were placed in safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible. The program was so successful that it was copied around the nation. In 1990, the U.S. Congress encouraged the expansion of CASA with the passage of the Victims of Child Abuse Act.

Today, the CASA movement has evolved into one of the largest volunteer organizations in the country. There are more than 900 CASA programs in operation - at least one in every state - and more than 52,000 trained volunteer advocates nationwide.
