🩸 Bleeding gums are not something to ignore. Healthy gums should be firm, pink, and shouldn’t bleed during brushing or flossing. 🦷

Common causes of bleeding gums include:
⚠️ Plaque buildup along the gumline
⚠️ Gingivitis (early gum disease)
⚠️ Inconsistent flossing habits
⚠️ Brushing too hard
⚠️ Other underlying health factors

The good news? Many cases can improve with better daily care:
✔️ Brush gently with a soft-bristle toothbrush
✔️ Floss daily
✔️ Keep up with regular dental cleanings
