Dr. Maddox grew up in Cincinnati, attending Greenhills junior high school and St. Xavier High School. Prior to studying at Dental School, he attended Indiana University. Dr. Maddox graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1995. After dental school, Dr. Maddox completed a one year General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Maddox has been practi

cing for over 17 years. He has been in his current location for 15 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Maddox has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Maddox has studied extensively at the Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies, taking multiple hands on courses in the latest esthetic techniques. Dr. Maddox and his wife Jen have two children, Max & Stella.
