Last week I had the amazing experience of attending the Pankey Institute. For four days I learned more about myself and dentistry than I have in years. I met new amazing mentors and friends and came back with my cup overflowing! I can’t recommend Pankey enough to my colleagues. This week will go down as a pivotal time in my growth as a dentist. I’m excited to bring this knowledge back to my team and patients. I am proud to say that I am now a Pankey dentist!

Tomorrows the big day!! First race back since my awesome broken leg! And yes I apparently need more color in my life! But three race hacks… bring a trash bag to wear at the start to stay warm. At most races you’ll be standing around for a while. Second is to crunch up your bib so it’s not all stiff and weird when you wear it. And most importantly run YOUR race!!
