~Brush twice a day for 2 minutes with fluoride toothpaste
~For littles, start on the right side in the morning and the left side at night so you get both sides at least once daily
~Don't forget those tiny back teeth!
~Floss your teeth every day! Flossing isn't an all or nothing-start with a few and work up to all of them over time.
~If they are teething, use a Q-Tip with warm water to keep the area clean, sometimes the toothbrush can be too much.
~ Choose water over sugary drinks πŸ₯€βŽ
~Visit the dentist every 6 months πŸ—“

Spending time with the littles as we talk about how to take care of your teeth, good food & drink choices and what happens at a dentist visit. All of this while celebrating Children’s Dental Health month in February. I enjoy talking to all the preschoolers and look forward to many years to come. My side kick, Mojo the Monkey, loves to help and is ready for a nap after all his hard work.
