Smith Road remains blocked in our area. Please note you cannot access the building coming north on Smith. Right now, there is still access to the ramp from Williams. As you exit the garage, only right turns onto Smith are permitted. There is no access to 71S at the moment and traffic exiting from 71N is being routed to the right on Edmonson.

The Duke team that they are estimating this will be the rest of the day.
