Full Time/Part-Time Pediatric Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Noble Pediatric Dental is hiring a Full/Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our busy, high-energy pediatric dental practice.
We are seeking a licensed dental hygienist for the Hyde Park community of Cincinnati, Ohio and Florence, Kentucky who is great with kids, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working with children and is passionate about preventative pediatric dental care.

Position Overview
Job Title: Pediatric Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Setting: Busy Pediatric Dental Office / High Patient Volume
Locations: Hyde Park community of Cincinnati, Ohio and Florence, Kentucky
Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and coronal polishing
Take dental radiographs in compliance with Ohio regulations
Deliver preventative dental care and patient education to children and parents
Support early intervention and proactive oral health strategies
Maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced pediatric dental clinic
Create a fun, positive, and comfortable experience for pediatric patients
Qualifications (Required)
Active Ohio/Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Ohio radiology certification/Kentucky radiology license
Experience working with children or in a pediatric dental setting preferred
Strong knowledge of preventative dentistry and hygiene protocols

Front Office Patient Care Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office (Full-Time)
Noble Pediatric Dental

Noble Pediatric Dental is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Front Desk Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, customer-facing role is essential to delivering an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.
As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every visit—creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment that reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and families with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing provider schedules
Verify insurance, collect patient information, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate patient flow and support daily front office operations
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications
1+ year experience as a front desk receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a customer service role
(dental or healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of insurance and how it works
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Experience with dental software and insurance verification
