The State of Illinois will be following the CDC new guidance for masks. As a healthcare setting, you will still be required to wear a mask when you are here, even if fully vaccinated. We appreciate your cooperation and urge everyone to get the COVID vaccine.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AT THIS OFFICE:
To help prevent the transmission of all respiratory infections, including COVID-19, as well as blood-borne infections, we adhere to standardized infection control measures, such as performing hand hygiene and staggering appointments to allow for social distancing. All staff are vaccinated and we urge all of you to get vaccinated as soon as possible. We follow routine cleaning and disinfecting strategies between patients. An EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant is used on surfaces. Instruments and equipment are appropriately sterilized. Contact us if you have questions or concerns.

COVID-19 TESTING UPDATE: Anyone calling to schedule their dental appointment must be tested if you fall into one of the following categories-
1. You have been in direct contact with someone known to have COVID-19.
2. You yourself had COVID-19, tested positive, and quarantined for 14 days but did not retest to demonstrate a negative result.
3. You have experienced COVID-19 symptoms, quarantined, but have not been tested.

If you need to travel to a region with high COVID-19 cases, we ask that you delay scheduling your dental appointment for 14 days or move your appointment back 14 days out of an abundance of caution.

We are excited to show you recent changes we have made to the office in order to protect the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have new check-in procedures, removed furniture to encourage social distancing, installed barriers, created sanitation stations, and installed air filtration and UV disinfection units in all operatories and on the office's general HVAC system. We have now completed the modifications to the office environment, gathered the necessary PPE, purchased new equipment, conducted staff training, gotten tested, and are ready to safely reopen our practice. As of Monday, July 13, at 10 a.m., we will be in the office. We ask everyone to be a “patient” patient as we prioritize care.
