What are things that protect our teeth 🦷 ✨?
-Good Hygiene is number one!! Brush thoroughly twice a day and flossing nighty and we recommend adults to help their children until they believe they are doing a good job!
- Smart dietary choices like Whole Foods vegetables and avoiding starchy and sweet snacks that stick to our teeth ! 🍭
-Protective elements such as good saliva ( closed mouth breathing), Fluoride and xylitol to strengthen our enamel 🪥
