Proper ways of brushing your teeth. In honor of it being National Oral Hygiene Month here are a few tips when brushing your teeth ✨
🪥 Starting off with a soft-bristled toothbrush, apply your toothpaste and start at a 45-degree angle
🪥 Motion matters, applying gentle pressure and brushing in circular motions getting every tooth surface for 2 minutes
🪥 Don't forget your tongue, bacteria hides and gathers all on your tongue. You can use a toothbrush or a tongue scraper.
