Part 2 Mandibular All-on-4 Case 🦷

In Mexico, we completed an All-on-4 mandibular arch surgery using Neobiotech IS3 implants. The case involved an edentulous ridge with almost no bone, yet we were able to achieve excellent stability and restore function.

Mandibular All-on-4 Case 🦷

This case involved a fully edentulous mandibular ridge with very limited bone availability. Using Neobiotech ET3 implants, we successfully completed an All-on-4 treatment in Mexico.

The ET3 system provides excellent initial stability even in compromised ridges, making it a reliable choice for full-arch rehabilitation. Despite minimal bone, proper angulation and distribution of implants allowed for a predictable prosthetic solution and immediate function.

• Severe bone loss (no native ridge support)
• Achieved stability through site preparation + implant design
• Full-arch fixed restoration protocol

Part 1: SCA Kit

Implant #3 with a sinus lift can be done efficiently using the .us Sinus Crestal Kit.

A few key principles to remember:
• You can do a lot with just 3–4 mm of bone.
• Don’t overcomplicate the surgery.
• As we like to say: Keep it Super Simple.

Implant #30 part 2

Here we are placing the implant and using the cortical tap drill because the bone is very hard. It’s One extra step but it’s makes the implant placement more passive. We suture using the buccal roll technique.
