Erica 🤗

Erica has been a dental assistant since 2019 and is Dr. Kennedy’s right-hand in the office. She’s so passionate about her work that she has advanced her training to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Outside of dentistry, Erica enjoys hunting for different types of mushrooms, caring for her beehives, and exploring her artistic side. Known for her positive attitude and thoughtful words, she always has an inspirational quote to share. And don’t forget to ask her about her beloved cats!

Heidi has been an amazing addition to our team, bringing a positive “can-do” attitude and a laugh that’s contagious! She handles just about everything in the front office—from insurance and scheduling to software questions—and brings a wealth of experience to every task. When she’s not at work, Heidi loves spending time with her husband and family. When she’s not at work, you can find Heidi… well you can’t because she’s probably off on her next adventure, traveling the world.

Kelly
Kelly has nearly just shy of 20 years of dental experience and truly enjoys connecting with her patients. She is local to Chillicothe, but has practiced in five states and learned a thing or two along the way. She brings that experience (and her love of organization😜) to her role as Practice Growth Coordinator, helping keep the office running smoothly. Throughout her career, Kelly has focused on prevention, taking time to identify the root 🦷 causes rather than a quick fix. Her goal is to help patients achieve a healthy smile that will last a lifetime - not just six months. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.

Chris🤗

Chris is our lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with 31 years of experience in dentistry. Loved by our patients, many ask for her by name! A true jack-of-all-trades, Chris works as a chairside assistant, orthodontic assistant, EFDA, and lab technician—all with a smile on her face. She enjoys this office so much, she has been part of our office family since 2003! Chris is like a mother hen and instantly feels like a new friend. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with her adorable grandchild and hunting for treasures while thrifting.
