This week’s Employee Spotlight is a little extra special—we’re celebrating her birthday! 🎉 Help us wish her a happy birthday as we get to know her a little better.
Michele🤗

Michele brings 22 years of experience as a hygienist and 30 years in the dental field. She joined Dr. Kennedy’s office more than three years ago and quickly became known for her warm, caring nature. You’ll often hear laughter coming from her treatment room as she connects effortlessly with her patients. Outside the office, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughter at sporting events, and going camping. She plans on spending her birthday weekend outside enjoying the sunshine and specifically said, “If it rains, look out!”.😂 We hope it sunny for Michele all weekend!!!

To add to all the exciting news happening around the office, this week’s Employee Spotlight also serves as another special introduction!

Kimberly first walked into our office with a résumé in hand and an incredible work ethic, and we’ve been lucky enough to enjoy her cheerful personality ever since. She radiates kindness, compassion, and a true passion for patient care. She also definitely knows how to accessorize a pair of scrubs!

When she’s not at the office or working at the coffee shop, Kimberly enjoys traveling with friends and staying active with workouts. We are so excited to have her as part of our assisting team!

The kiddos may have an end-of-school countdown, but over here we have a different kind of countdown going on!!! 🤩

Erica 🤗

Erica has been a dental assistant since 2019 and is Dr. Kennedy’s right-hand in the office. She’s so passionate about her work that she has advanced her training to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Outside of dentistry, Erica enjoys hunting for different types of mushrooms, caring for her beehives, and exploring her artistic side. Known for her positive attitude and thoughtful words, she always has an inspirational quote to share. And don’t forget to ask her about her beloved cats!

Heidi has been an amazing addition to our team, bringing a positive “can-do” attitude and a laugh that’s contagious! She handles just about everything in the front office—from insurance and scheduling to software questions—and brings a wealth of experience to every task. When she’s not at work, Heidi loves spending time with her husband and family. When she’s not at work, you can find Heidi… well you can’t because she’s probably off on her next adventure, traveling the world.
