the correct order of your oral hygiene routine (most people get this wrong) 🦷

Here is the MOST basic routine:
Floss first — loosens everything between your teeth
Brush — sweeps away what flossing broke up
Mouthwash last — seals everything in

most people brush first and call it a day 😭 you’re basically just moving bacteria around and rinsing away your fluoride before it can do anything. order matters more than you think.
