🚨🚨Important Announcement 🚨🚨

After 29 years of private practice in Lincoln Park/Lakeview I am transitioning my private office to Swedish Hospital part of Northshore at Foster and California!! I am extremely blessed and excited for this next chapter, to be able to work alongside my dear colleague, Dr. John, in a hospital setting. I have had the privilege of cultivating such wonderful Dr/patient relationships these past 3 decades and this decision has been bittersweet. I am overwhelmed by the incredible support and enthusiasm you have all showed me. This was not a decision I made lightly, and you, my wonderful patients, were kept in mind during the whole process. I am grateful that the majority of you are following me, and with gratitude and humility I can't wait to see your smiling faces in our new clinic starting this February!!
