Is your Smile ready for Summer? -

We have seen many patients complaining of jaw pain, tooth pain, clenching, grinding and a host of other symptoms.  I am not sure if it was the 42 days without seeing the sun or other stressful things happening in our lives.  These extra forces put on our teeth and joints when we clench or grind ...

Snoring on it’s own isn't harmful but if it is a symptom of Obstructive Sleep Apnea it could be deadly.  Snoring is caused by air trying to get through a narrowed air passage in your throat while sleeping. Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by abnormal pauses in breathing or times of a...

Being a work at home dentist is getting exhausting. We will hopefully see patients for routine procedures on Wednesday, April 8. If you have an appointment coming up you will get a call to reschedule or you can call us. Practice social distancing. Take care, stay healthy.

Urgent Alert!

For the two-week period beginning Tuesday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 31:

We are treating only patients requiring emergency dental procedures.

We are pre-screening patients by phone prior to the visit by asking about recent travel history and current health.

The specific COVID-19 symptoms are fever, coughing and shortness of breath.

If you have these symptoms, you should contact your primary care physician.

If driving, please remain in your car instead of coming into the reception area. We will notify you by cell phone when their treatment room is ready. We are minimizing the number of patients in the reception area and office and maintaining space between patients per CDC guidelines. We are taking temperatures of all patients immediately upon arrival. If not normal you will be asked to leave.

Let’s all do our part to help flatten the curve for our health care workers and first responders, so we do not overwhelm the hospital system.

Thank you for your help.

Please call us at 312-266-0044 if you have any questions or a dental emergency.

Some of our guests are interested in Botox for TMJ Treatment.

"Botox is not FDA-approved for use in TMJ disorders (TMD). When doctors offer this treatment to TMJ patients, our guests should be aware that this is "off-label use" that is not approved by the FDA. The FDA has not evaluated the safety or efficacy of this powerful neurotoxin for TMJ pain treatment."

Botox is a problem because the body will create new muscle fibers to try to correct the jaw imbalance, once the Botox wears off, the extra fibers cause more imbalance.

Remember Botox treats a symptom, not the cause. Call us at 312-266-0044 if you are interested in treating the cause of your headaches, neck aches and jaw pain.
