Wallace Dental has received several inquiries about coronavirus. Symptoms include fever, cough and
shortness of breath. First, thank you for your patience as the ISDS board of trustees carefully assessed
information from all parties weighing in on the coronavirus before formulating our plan of action. Today
was another busy news day, and we did not want to get ahead of the Governor’s office in any of our
recommendations. Therefore, in light of national and state mandates and restrictions that are in effect
to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the ISDS Board of Trustees has been closely monitoring and
discussing the virus’s transmission and precautions that dentists should temporarily implement in their
offices. As leaders in the healthcare profession, we must be proactive to limit the spread of the virus.
Dentists are in one of the highest risk categories for transmission and contraction of the virus with many
routine dental procedures potentially transmitting the virus via fluids. At this time, we are postponing
elective dental treatments and procedures.

Good Evening Everyone. As of today, we cannot schedule any more patients until Dr. Wallace comes back from vacation. Although he will be gone, the staff will still be in the office to make appointments. The next available appointment on the book is Friday, 07/20/2018. Usually we can schedule appointments before he leaves but these slots have been filled in now. Cleanings are still being done by our hygienist, Ms. Terry, in his absence. If you don't mind Dr. Wallace not being here to get your cleaning, then please call the office at 773-941-4729

Good Evening. As of today, we are completely booked for ALL of next week (04/03 - 04/07). The only way we are able to put a patient in the book is if an already scheduled patient needs to cancel their appointment. Hello Everyone. As of today, the remainder of the year for cleanings has been completely booked. If you would like to schedule an appointment for a cleaning, it can not be set until January! We suggest our patients to schedule their cleanings 2 weeks in advance as this is the fastest procedure that gets filled quicker than most of the services we provide

Good Afternoon. As the end of the year is coming to a close, we understand a lot of patients want to come and get their cleanings done. Unfortunately the next available appointment we have won't be until the day after Christmas (12-26). The cleanings are usually the first procedures that get booked the quickest. We highly suggest you call at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule one

Hello Everyone. Today's first post is to inform you that we WILL NOT BE scheduling any more cleanings until Tuesday, December 19th! The cleanings are getting booked quickly more than any other procedure. We highly suggest if it is your time to get one based off the last time you were seen in the office, to call immediately and set one up. The ONLY exception we can make is if an already scheduled patient needs to cancel

The recall cards for the month of December have been mailed out. If you're unfamiliar with what these are, they're small rectangular shaped cards to remind you to come in for your annual check-up and cleaning. Good Evening. Due to the increase of new patients, if you have not been to our office since 2014, your chart is being pulled from the filing cabinet. If you decide to come back to the office and your chart is still here, we'll simply bring it back from storage. We also want to inform you that if you haven't been to the office within the past two years, you may need to fill out a new registration/medical history form. Alot of changes can take place during that time & we always want to make sure we're up to date regarding our patient's history. We also ask that you inform us of any major changes that may take place so we all can be on one accord
