Timing matters when it comes to your oral health.
After coffee, citrus, soda, or other acidic foods and drinks, the enamel can temporarily become softer. Brushing immediately may contribute to enamel wear over time.
Give your mouth about 30 minutes before reaching for your toothbrush. In the meantime, rinsing with water can help wash away some of the acids.
Small changes in your routine can make a difference in protecting your smile. 🦷
