Case of the Day:

69 years old patient present to office with vertically fractured first molar #14. Patient was experiencing so much pain. After discussing with the patient her options of treatment, she decided to go with the optimum treatment plan which includes Tooth removal, bone graft, implant, then restoration with abutment and crown. Tooth #14 was removed with no trauma, bone graft was placed in the extraction site for Ridge Preservation and in preparation for future implant placement. After Four months, Patient returned to our office today for Implant Placement. Implant was placed and torqued to the desired measurements keeping in mind the proximity to the maxillary sinus. Patient left very happy with the painless procedure and will return after Four months for Implant restorations.

I usually dread my dental cleanings because I always leave with a laundry list of work that needs to be done “as soon as possible.” Dr. Alnoman was informative andrealistic about the urgency (or lack thereof) of what we could take care of. He also proactively offered to email me my X-rays when I mentioned I had a dentist friend who I wanted to consult before pursing any treatment. He didn’t try to pressure me or assume I know how to understand an X-ray. Feeling really thankful to have found Millennium Dental!

I've been coming here for a few years and always had a great experience. They are quick, to the point, friendly and make me feel comfortable. The cleanest and most modern dentist I've ever been to. I wasn't sure what the 2020/COVID situation was going to be, but they had very strong sanitation protocols in place and I felt safe and clean.
