New year, new brush head! No, but really! It’s recommended to change your toothbrush or the head (if you’re using electric) every 3️⃣ months. If you’re cringing now because you can’t even remember when you changed it last, we get it! To help you remember, put a reminder in your phone to change your toothbrush head at the beginning of every season. 🦷
