Especially in the world of Instagram and new motherhood difficulties, I feel it’s so important to be transparent that NO ONE IS MEANT to do this all alone. It is not failure to need help. I absolutely need help. I am so abundantly grateful for my village. THANK YOU To my amazing and supportive husband who is the best father and dad. To my homebase that is my large family and in-laws who also serve as my best friends and confidants. To my girlfriends near and far who encourage me and are there through the highs and lows. To my stellar dental team who make me laugh on the hard days and who work so hard and are so good at what they do. To my nanny and daycare thank you for loving my sweet Jackie boy and teaching him so much! What a gift to have other loving and formative adult figures in his life. I could not and choose not to even attempt to do this alone. I love you all so much. ❤️

Part 2: after our initial discussion the patient decided to move forward with composite veneers. The procedure began with me removing all decay and then going one by one to reshape and add layers of color to result in a brand new smile. This was within a two hour appointment and overall was minimally invasive. I love these cases! 🥰🤩

Grateful for floss always (IYKYK lol) and grateful for my cousin for showing me this fabulous expanding floss! I highly recommend expanding floss for patients who are getting cavities in between their teeth or who have bigger spaces in between. I find that it is much more efficient and thorough than glide floss. Check it out!
