Did you know that brushing your teeth for just two minutes twice a day can reduce your risk of cavities and gum disease by up to 80%? Most people only brush for 45 seconds or less – but your smile deserves more!
Here are 3 easy tips for better brushing:
1️. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2️. Brush in gentle circular motions, covering all surfaces.
3️. Don’t forget your tongue – it harbors bacteria too!
Pro Tip: Set a timer on your phone or use a toothbrush with a built-in timer to make sure you’re getting the full two minutes. Your teeth will thank you!
