During our Annual Holiday Food Drive
we wanted to thank all our amazing patients who helped us collect food for the for the Worth Township food pantry so far. The food pantry serving the Alsip, Chicago Ridge, Worth and Palos neighborhoods. If you still want to donate we will be collecting through December 22nd.

We want to let everyone know about our annual holiday food drive supporting the Worth food bank serving Chicago Ridge, Worth, Alsip and Palos neighborhoods.
We will be continuing to collect through December 18th.
