Last Thursday marked the end of an incredible era at Aesthetic Dentistry as we celebrated Erika's final day after 26 years with our practice.

We filled her last day with donuts, plenty of pictures (including an *epic* donut one!), lots of laughs, and quite a few tears. After 26 years together, Erika has become so much more than a coworker. She is a dear friend and family to us, and has been a familiar, trusted face to generations of our patients. It is hard to imagine Aesthetic Dentistry without her here.

As sad as we are to see this chapter close, we are equally excited for the one Erika begins today! We know that the same knowledge, kindness, humor, and care she shared with all of us for 26 years will now make an incredible impact on the next generation of dental hygienists at LCCC. 🦷🎓

So, one last time from all of us: thank you, Erika. For the years, the memories, the laughter, the friendship, and everything you have given this little dental family of ours. We already miss you, but we could not be more proud of you. 💙

We have a bittersweet announcement to share with our Aesthetic Dentistry family. 💙

After 26 incredible years with Aesthetic Dentistry, Erika Warner is stepping away from clinical dental hygiene to begin an exciting new chapter as the Interim Dental Hygiene Clinical Instructor at LCCC! We are incredibly grateful for everything Erika has given to our practice, our patients, and our Aesthetic Dentistry family over nearly three decades.

While we are certainly sad to see this chapter come to an end, we could not be more proud of Erika nor more excited to see her take 26 years of knowledge, experience, and compassion into the classroom to help shape the next generation of dental hygienists. 🦷🎓

We will let Erika share the rest in her own words. Please join us in congratulating her, sharing a favorite memory, and wishing her all the best in this next adventure! 💙

Today, we are excited to shine the spotlight on our newest team member... for now 😉 Please help us celebrate our wonderful Scheduling Coordinator, Gia!

Born and raised in Cheyenne, Gia enjoys spending time with her son and family, going to concerts, and trying new things. After spending the first part of her career in dentistry, she returned to the profession due to her passion for helping others and making a difference in each patient's experience.

Gia combines her experience with a genuine commitment to helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for. She especially enjoys easing dental anxiety, building meaningful connections, and making each visit a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.

As Gia nears the end of her first (of many!) year with Aesthetic Dentistry, we are incredibly grateful for everything she has brought to our team. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to our patients have already made a lasting impact, and we are excited to watch her continue to grow alongside our practice. Whether welcoming patients with a smile, creating a wonderful first impression, or helping each day run smoothly, Gia has become an invaluable part of the Aesthetic Dentistry family.

Today marks 20 years in our current building.

While our practice has been serving Cheyenne for 32 years, this space has been home for the last two decades — and it has held something even more meaningful than equipment and exam rooms.

It has held family. 💙

From the very beginning, this practice was built on a shared vision. Dr. Dziardziel and Dr. Krivy founded it together, working side by side to create something rooted in integrity, excellence, and long-term care for the Cheyenne community.

Today, their daughter - Dr. Harlow - proudly continues that work as the second generation serving local families.

But it doesn’t stop with our last names.

Our team feels like family - and in some cases, is!
Many of our patients feel like family.
And over the last 20 years in this building, we’ve had the privilege of caring for multiple generations under one roof.

This building represents stability.
It represents growth.
It represents a commitment to being a true dental home for Cheyenne.

20 years here.
