Welcome back! We are excited to have reopened our doors May 19th. We have been calling our patients to secure appointments. If you want to be proactive you may call us to schedule an appointment, or wait for us to call you.
PLEASE TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO CAREFULLY READ THIS MAIL AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS!

1. Your health and wellbeing are very important to us! As such we have implemented some changes to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Besides following strict universal precautions, we have added and implemented specific Covid-19 precautions.
The following steps will be taken if you have a scheduled appointment:
-A Covid-19 consent for treatment form; please read it, sign it; we do have paper forms available at the time of your appointment
-please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you prefer you can stay in your car; we can call you to invite you in. We are trying to limit exposure although there will be seating available in the waiting room if that is your preference. We continue to recommended social distancing as you wait.
-Patients are able to request a mask from our office if they would prefer
-next you will be taken to your treatment room where you will be asked to rinse with an antiviral mouthwash (diluted hydrogen peroxide rinse) for 1 minute

2. Our patient’s and staff’s health are of utmost importance to us! The following measures were implemented specifically to keep all of us safe during the Covid-19 pandemic:
- taking daily staff temperatures and scheduled patient temperature
- providing masks upon request for patients to wear in our office
- pre-rinse with antiviral rinse
- our staff is now using level K95 masks, face-shields and disposable gowns as needed
- our office is equipped with medical grade hepa filtration air purifiers that remove all aerosols in the air in a timely manner
