Are you a customer service superstar with a knack for organization and a passion for helping others? Gentle Dentistry is looking for a dedicated Financial/Insurance Coordinator to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with insurance benefits and account resolutions
• Process insurance claims and payments
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Provide exceptional patient care and support at the front desk

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of office equipment and software (Excel, Word, Google Drive)
• High school diploma or equivalent (experience preferred but not required)
