A past president of the District of Columbia Dental Society, Dr. Singer has served as a delegate to the American Dental Association for 14 years. Dentistry and the District of Columbia Elementary Schools for Give Kids a Smile Day for 12 years. He is the recipient of numerous recognitions and honors, including the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award, the Dean’s Award, and the John Turner Award (Howard University College of Dentistry), the Avodah Award for community service (Washington Hebrew Congregation), the Highest Award from the District of Columbia Dental Society, the Sterling V.
