Looks like someone took notes during her cleaning… 😂🪥🐊

After finishing up her own checkup and cleaning, she made sure Al got his teeth brushed too!

We love seeing our littlest patients feel comfortable enough at the dentist to learn, play, and have a little fun while they’re here. Creating positive experiences early can help make taking care of their smiles feel like just another normal part of growing up. 🦷💙

And don’t worry — Al is officially cavity-free. 😉

ONE YEAR! 🎉🦷💙

One year ago today, we officially opened the doors to our new Hanley Family Dentistry home.

What a year it’s been.

This office was built with a vision for more than just a new space. We wanted a place where our team could grow, where our patients could feel comfortable and cared for, and where we could continue doing what has always mattered most to us—taking care of people like family.

A year later, we’re incredibly grateful for every patient who has walked through these doors, every member of our team who makes this place what it is, and this community for continuing to support our family practice.

The building may have been new, but the heart behind Hanley Family Dentistry has always been the same. 💙

Cheers to year ONE in our new home—and everything still to come! 🥳

Some of our favorite moments happen outside the office. ⚾️💙

Last night, Dr. Pete and our front desk team member, Jamie, were cheering from opposite sides as their sons faced off in an All-Star baseball tournament. While the boys were on opposite teams for the evening, it was fun to watch two Hanley Family Dentistry families come together on the baseball field.

One of the best parts of being a local practice is getting to celebrate moments like these with the people we work alongside and the families we care for every day.

Great game, boys! We’re proud of both of you and wish you the best of luck the rest of the tournament. ⚾️💙

Meet Lauren! 👋🦷

We’re so excited to introduce another one of the newest members of our Hanley Family Dentistry team!

Lauren has been a dental assistant for 12 years and loves helping patients feel good about themselves and their smiles. She also enjoys making sure patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments and leave feeling good about their care.

Since joining Hanley Family Dentistry, one of Lauren’s favorite things has been having fun while working and laughing with patients — which means she fits right in around here. 😂💙

Outside of work, Lauren loves fishing, hiking, kayaking, camping, boating, and spending time with her two children and their shepoo.

We’re so excited to introduce one of the newest members of our Hanley Family Dentistry team!

Jen has been a dental assistant since 2016 and loves helping patients feel at ease while improving their oral health. Since joining Hanley Family Dentistry, she’s quickly become a wonderful addition to our team, and one of her favorite things has been how kind and welcoming both her coworkers and our patients have been.

Outside of work, Jen is a gamer, loves to sing, is a proud cat mom to three cats, and says Ocracoke is her favorite vacation spot.
