Hey YOU! Yes, YOU! 👀

Your dentist at The Smile Group told us to tell you something… 😂🦷

Your morning coffee isn't the only one causing trouble! 🍵 Tea can stain your teeth too sometimes even more!

Don't worry, we're not telling you to give up your caffeine. We wouldn't dare! 🤣

Just remember to brush, floss, stay hydrated, and keep up with those dental cleanings!

💙 We love your smile almost as much as you love your coffee!...

Managing kids' candy intake during Halloween can be a challenge. Set a daily limit for treats and encourage them to choose their favorites instead of eating everything at once. Pair candy with water to help wash it down, and remind them to brush afterward. Keeping those smiles healthy is important! How do you plan to manage candy this year? 🎃🍬🦷
