Beaver Family Dental is hiring! We are looking for a receptionist/administrative staff member with dental experience and knowledge of dental insurances. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, dependable and make a great first impression when patients call or walk in to the clinic. Tasks will include greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments and verifying/billing insurance while working in a clinic where we try to treat people like family. We are hiring!! One of our wonderful chairside dental assistants is leaving to be able to work closer to her home in McAlester. We are looking for the right fit to take her place. We’d like someone with a good attitude, dependable, and able to get along well with others with little drama. We try to have a laid back working environment and treat employees well. We offer partially covered medical insurance, PTO, 401k, bonuses, and closed on holidays. We’d like anyone interested to at least have their X-ray certification and experience in general, but especially experience with dentures would be a plus, but not absolutely required. We do a little bit of everything but probably more surgery than your average dental practice. We are generally open Monday-Friday 8-5 but usually try to get out a little bit early on Fridays. With schools and daycares closing, it really effects a lot of our staff. We are going to be closed tomorrow to allow our people to be home with their kids and get ready for the bad weather coming the next few days. We were already going to be closed Wednesday and Thursday this week due to previous plans. Hoping to be back to normal on Friday! Sorry for any inconveniences this will cause
