📌 The Role:
We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to coordinate and drive successful transformer service projects across North America. This is a critical role supporting a high-growth, entrepreneurial company that’s rapidly expanding in the transformer maintenance and field service industry.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, excellent with follow-through, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with service managers, technicians, and customers to ensure every project is scheduled properly, tracked clearly, and completed efficiently.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and documentation for multiple transformer service projects
Communicate with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth operations
Track progress, update stakeholders, and resolve issues to avoid project delays
Maintain service calendars, job documentation, and compliance records
Help streamline communication and bridge the gap between field and office
Support reporting and invoicing with accurate documentation and timely follow-up
Be a go-to problem solver and point of contact for field-related project tasks
🎯 What You Bring:
3+ years of project coordination or project management experience (field services preferred)
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Strong follow-up habits and ability to juggle multiple moving parts
Confident using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, service scheduling software, or CRMs
Able to work independently and remotely, while staying highly responsive
Knowledge of transformer services is a bonus — not a requirement
A can-do attitude and team-first mentality is a must
