Be honest… is your toothbrush holding on for dear life right now?
If the bristles are bent sideways and it looks like it survived a natural disaster, we need to talk 👀
Friendly reminder:
Your toothbrush is not a family heirloom.
Replace it every 3–4 months 👏

Why?
Because old toothbrushes:
❌ Don’t clean properly
❌ Let plaque hang around rent-free
❌ Make cavities way too comfortable
❌ Judge you silently from the sink

And no, brushing harder does not fix it. It just annoys your gums 😅
Fresh toothbrush = cleaner teeth, healthier gums, less awkward dentist conversations.

If your gums bleed every time you brush and your response is “meh, probably normal”… absolutely not 😅

Let’s be clear:
Bleeding gums are not a personality trait.
They are a warning sign 👏

TikTok said:
“It means you’re flossing right.”
Dentist says:
“No babe, it means your gums are irritated.” 😬

Bleeding gums can be an early sign of gum disease, plaque buildup, or inflammation—and ignoring it won’t make it disappear.
Red flags:
⚠️ Bleeding when brushing
⚠️ Swollen or puffy gums
⚠️ Bad breath that refuses to leave
⚠️ Gums pulling away from teeth

Your gums should not be auditioning for a horror movie.
