The day-to-day life of an orthodontist does not typically include such AMAZING, SWEET gestures! After starting treatment on a wonderful girl, I offered some eggs from the chickens on my little farm. My day is made! And it’s not because this genuinely talented patient with a big heart dropped unique gifts at his appointment today. My day was amazing because seeing him and connecting on a real level means the world to me. Thank you, Jaiden!!! AND this is his music, written, produced and performed by him. Send him a follow. Usually Friday nights are kinda quiet for your orthodontist, then other Fridays, he gets a last minute call from to hang out on his tour bus before and after his concert to chat about how amazing smiles are made!!! No clue how this happened. Didn’t buy tickets but destiny called me to chat teeth with the legend of country jams. He offered to deliver our third kid, but I said we have it covered at the hospital THIS WEEK!!! Wish in all of my patients and their families the best weekend! - Doc JB

MAGIC! Here’s a perfect example of a kid that brushes!! My team and I always encourage great home care techniques, but it’s not easy. I also strongly believe in educating patients, parents, puppies- anyone with teeth, whether they have braces or not, how to keep their smile healthy!! This particular patient is making awesome, fast progress to a perfectly straight smile with a comfortable, stable bite. Every detail matters and I’m grateful for each patient that I am able to help…..but back to the healthy, clean teeth on this kid! Plus no puffy, red, sensitive gums!!! Keep it up, all of you BEAUITFUL faces with braces! We’ve got this, together!!😁💪🦷🪥

The countdown is on! Baby Peterman #3 and #4 due soon!!! If you’ve been by the office, we have the number of weeks left to go on display. The office will be closed the second week of June for family time with the newest babies, so plan ahead for your next visit! Juuuuuuussssttttttt kidding! April Fools silliness. It’s only one baby. Due date is real! Wishing all my patients and their family’s a great start to April.

This 7 year-old cutie came in for a check up. Her smile was BEAUITFUL and HEALTHY, so no treatment was recommended by me…. On the other hand, I recommended that we trade sneakers! She strongly disagreed and I get it! Thank you, to this sweetheart and her mom for stopping in!!

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children have their first orthodontic screening at age 7 to make sure that their dental and skeletal development is normal. Only necessary treatment to avoid bite problems are to be addressed. If there is a cross-bite, or adult teeth are not coming in on time or if they will not out-grow certain problems, then I recommend the shortest, most effective, friendly and comfortable treatment that I would give to my own family!
