We have some exciting news to share—and, for once, it doesn’t involve a reminder to floss.
Dr. Lauren Stump is joining the Swett Dentistry family!
We kept hearing the same things about Dr. Stump: she is an excellent dentist, a thoughtful listener, and someone who makes people feel at home. Then we met her, and it all made sense.
Dr. Stump has been caring for patients in Charlottesville since 2014. She especially enjoys esthetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy, bringing a meticulous eye and thoughtful touch to every patient she sees.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Emory University, she graduated with Highest Honors from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She lives in Charlottesville with her husband, Dr. Aaron Stump, and their two children.
Over the past 30 years, Drs. David and Rebecca Swett have built this practice around family, trust, and exceptional care. Dr. Stump is a natural fit to help us carry that legacy forward. She embodies the same warmth, integrity, and commitment to excellence that have always made this office feel like home.
Dr. Stump will be starting with us on Thursdays, while David and Rebecca continue seeing patients Monday through Wednesday—and enjoy more well-earned time outside the office.
We feel incredibly grateful to welcome her to our team, and we think you’re going to like her just as much as we do.
We can’t wait for you to meet her!
Warmly,
Dr. Josh Gordon
and the Swett Dentistry Team
