The day after Halloween... a poem to keep you on the right track.

Here is my toothbrush, to keep my teeth bright. I brush in the morning. Next I brush at noon. Then I brush again that night. I go swish, swish, up and down and I clean my teeth just right. My smile will be pretty and my teeth very, very bright!

We have become aware of a letter that has been sent to patients from DentaQuest stating Dr. Travis is no longer a Smiles for Children provider. This letter was sent in error.

Dr. Travis continues to be a Smiles for Children Medicaid provider at Community Dental Center.

We are temporarily closed. When we have a better idea of when we will reopen we will let you all know.

Currently, we are going day to day. If your child has an appointment scheduled we will reach out to you the day before should we need to reschedule.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our families, however we are taking all safety precautions available. Additionally, if there are multiple siblings and the guardian is in a treatment room they must stay in the one treatment room beginning to end, this is why we will schedule back to back if the guardian needs to be with multiple patients. We are in this together 🙌
