Happy Birthday, Dr. Stump! 🎉

Wishing the happiest birthday to someone who leads with kindness, thoughtfulness, and motivation! You always seem to have the perfect quote for every situation (and somehow manage to memorize ALL the best ones 😂). Whether you’re sharing words of wisdom, encouraging those around you, or enjoying the great outdoors, you have a way of inspiring everyone lucky enough to know you.

We’re so grateful for your leadership, your heart, and all the ways you make CPDO a special place to be. Hope your birthday is filled with fresh air, adventure, and all the things you love most! 🥳🎂🌳

🎉 Happy Birthday, Megan! 🎉

The energy of the office, always singing, making hilarious sound effects, and keeping us entertained all day long! 😂🎶 Megan is the kind of teammate who is always willing to jump in, lend a hand, and help wherever she’s needed. We are so lucky to have her!

When she’s not keeping the office lively, you can probably find her reading a good book 📚, running 🏃‍♀️, at book club, or absolutely crushing Music Bingo! 🎶

We hope your birthday is as fun, energetic, and full of laughs as you are! 💕 Happy Birthday, Megan!

Today marks a bittersweet milestone as Dr. Dixon prepares to close this chapter of her career and officially retire from clinical practice at Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. 💙💚🦷

“I don’t think I have quite processed it yet, but I’m about to pack up the dreams God planted.” -Dr. Dixon

Dr. Dixon founded Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry in 2006 at just 29 years old, with a two-year-old and a newborn at home. What began as a professional dream grew into something so much greater—a practice built around compassionate care, educating families, supporting children with special needs, mentoring future dentists, and making a lasting impact on our community.

Over the past 23 years of practicing pediatric dentistry, Dr. Dixon has touched countless lives. Her compassion, dedication, wisdom, and genuine love for her patients have left an incredible mark on generations of children and families.

After eight years of practicing solo, Dr. Dixon entrusted the practice to her colleague, Dr. Aaron Stump, allowing her to devote more time to raising her family while continuing her passion for pediatric dentistry. We are incredibly grateful that she chose to continue this journey alongside Dr. Stump, Dr. Smith, Dr. Stranix and our amazing team.

Dr. Dixon, we hope you know just how deeply you have impacted all of us. You have been a mentor, a friend, a role model, and truly the “mom of the office.” Your compassion, listening ear, advice, encouragement, and beautiful smile will be missed more than words can express.

As you close this chapter, we hope you can look back with tremendous pride and know that your dream became something truly special. Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics would not be what it is today without you. 🩷

Thank you, Dr. Dixon, for years of changing lives, one little smile at a time. We love you, we are incredibly proud of you. 💙💚🦷✨

Congratulations on your retirement, Dr. Dixon!
