1️⃣ 🪥 Brushing after lunch is a game changer! At a minimum you should brush morning and night. Prone to decay? Brush after lunch!

2️⃣ 🧶 Flossing before bed is the way! Quit leaving tons of food to rot between your teeth while you sleep, and then wonder why your gums bleed when you floss. Teeth & gums should be squeaky clean before you go to sleep! 😴
