Blooming Smiles Pediatric Dentistry At Blooming Smiles, we’re passionate about creating a warm, positive, and memorable dental experience for every child. Dentistry was never my dream. Service was.

We go beyond routine care by combining comfort-focused, holistic practices with the latest in laser and airway-centered dentistry. Since I can remember, whenever someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always simple: I want to help people. I didn’t always know how I’d do that — but that core desire never changed. I majored in sociology and earned a degree in social work,

with the intent to help individuals and communities. It was during this time that my spiritual teacher inspired me to consider dentistry. Not as a career shift, but as another way to serve. I never saw myself in healthcare. But I moved forward with faith, taking prerequisites and the DAT, eventually entering dental school. After graduation, I moved to West Virginia and worked as a general dentist. Ironically, I had always been hesitant to treat children. But my first job involved pediatric care — and to my surprise, I loved it. My mentor and boss recognized something in me and encouraged me to specialize in pediatrics. He told me I had a gift. It was also in that practice that I discovered laser dentistry. The results were transformative, especially for children. I knew immediately this would be central to my own future practice.

Open Positions:
• Dental Assistant I or II (pediatric experience preferred; bilingual is a plus)
• Bilingual Insurance Coordinator to help welcome and support our patients and their families each day
We are seeking Spanish/English bilingual candidates and NC-certified Dental Assistants who are proficient in digital radiology, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing.
