The World Cup may be on, but around here we're competing for cavity-free smiles.

Our team might not be heading to the finals anytime soon, but we do know a thing or two about teamwork, encouragement, and helping kids score healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Tell us in the comments: Who are you cheering for this World Cup?

We finally found the filter that dentists recommend.

Spoiler alert: It's floss.

Brushing is important, but flossing helps remove plaque and food from between teeth where toothbrushes can't reach. Making flossing part of your daily routine can help keep smiles healthier and reduce the risk of cavities.

Parents: At what age did your child start flossing regularly? Let us know below!
