✨ Staff Spotlight: Jenna! ✨

Today we’re celebrating our amazing Office Manager, Jenna! 💙
Jenna has been in dentistry for 17 years, beginning her career in orthodontics and gaining experience in oral surgery, endodontics, and general dentistry along the way. Being born and raised right here in Charlotte, she truly knows and loves our community.

Jenna has been part of our office family for the past year, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her! One of the things she loves most about dentistry is building genuine relationships with both our patients and our team. Seeing a patient walk through our doors nervous and leave with a smile is incredibly rewarding to her. Even more special is watching her team grow, succeed, and become the best versions of themselves.

Outside of the office, Jenna is a wife and mom to two teenagers. When she isn’t working, you can usually find her enjoying time with her family on Lake Wylie, traveling, or watching her kids proudly at their sporting events.🌊✈️🏀

Anyone who knows Jenna knows that she is constantly thinking of others and has a heart for putting everyone else before herself. She truly holds the fort down here at Sautter Family Dentistry and somehow manages to make work more enjoyable for everyone around her. She doesn’t just handle the responsibilities that come with being a manager... she’s also the person you can turn to when you need a friend, someone to listen, or simply someone in your corner.
There truly couldn’t be a better person for our management team. You can always count on Jenna! 💙

15 years ago this great young lady decided to come work at the best dental office in charlotte!

Mel has been by my side this whole time and our practice is better for it. She has served countless patients with grace, compassion and a commitment to excellence.

We can’t thank her enough and look forward to another 15 years!
