✨ Staff Spotlight: Mel ✨

If you've been a patient in our office, chances are you've had the pleasure of spending time with Mel! With an incredible 22 years in the dental field and 15 years working side-by-side with Dr. Sautter, Mel has become an irreplaceable part of our dental family.

Mel has a special gift for making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Whether she's chatting about the latest Hollywood drama, sharing sourdough bread tips, or telling stories from her latest adventure, she has a way of turning dental appointments into conversations with an old friend. Patients often leave their visits smiling, and sometimes even with a hug!

Outside the office, Mel is a rockstar mom to her son, Maverick, and loves making memories while traveling with her husband and son. She's also another resident Peloton champion, often taking on Dr. Val in early-morning rides before the workday even begins!

But beyond her skills and dedication, Mel is an amazing friend, daughter, wife, and teammate. Her kindness, loyalty, and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does.

Fun fact: Dr. Sautter actually officiated Mel's wedding! 💍

We truly couldn't do what we do without Mel. Her 15 years of dedication, hard work, and heart have helped shape our practice into what it is today, and we are so grateful for all she brings to our team and our patients.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Heather! ✨

This month, we're thrilled to shine the spotlight on one of our
incredible dental hygienists, Heather!

Heather has been caring for smiles for 14 years and has been a cherished member of the Sautter Family Dentistry family for the past 6 years. From the moment she joined our team, her dedication, compassion, and genuine love for helping others have made a lasting impact on both our patients and our staff.

What makes Heather so special is that she cares about so much more than just your teeth. She takes a true interest in each patient's overall health and well-being, believing that oral health is an important part of a healthy life. Time and time again, we hear from patients about how Heather goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Whether it's remembering details about their family, asking about a recent vacation, or simply taking the time to listen, Heather has a remarkable way of making every patient feel like they matter.

When Heather isn't brightening smiles in the office, you'll likely find her dreaming of her next beach getaway or spending quality time with her husband and son.
Heather also enjoys staying active and is one of several team members who loves getting in a great workout on her Peloton bike. When she's not exercising, you may find Heather searching for the perfect sushi spot.

Around the office, Heather's infectious laugh, positive energy, and playful banter with Dr. Val keep us smiling every day. She brings warmth and humor, making Sautter Family Dentistry a brighter place for everyone around her.
