Hey everyone, I’m thinking of trying clear aligners to get the perfect smile. 😁 I’ve heard they are a great way to straighten your teeth without anyone noticing. 🙌

But before I make the decision, I want to hear some bad advice from you. 😂 What are some things I should NOT do if I get clear aligners? 🤔

For example, should I eat with them? Should I skip wearing them at night? Should I use them as ice trays? 😜
