🎓 Wishing Coleman all the best as he begins his next chapter — dental school in Charleston! 🦷

Today is Coleman’s last day with our team at Dentistry of Uptown Charlotte, and while we are incredibly excited for what lies ahead for him, saying goodbye is not easy.

Coleman has been so much more than an exceptional dental assistant. He has been a steady presence, a calm in the storm, a positive force, and an incredible team player. In a practice like ours, where we pride ourselves on working as one unit and genuinely enjoying what we do together each day, people like Coleman make all the difference.

Our team is a close-knit family, and his impact on our office, our patients, and each of us personally will be deeply missed.

We sent him off to school with a few of his favorite things: chips, dried meat, and nuts, because no sendoff would be complete without some essentials for the journey ahead. 😊

Coleman, thank you for your dedication, hard work, kindness, and unwavering positivity. We are so proud of you and cannot wait to watch you become an incredible dentist.

Last weekend, our team had the privilege of stepping out of the office and into the community to support an incredible cause 💛

We attended and proudly sponsored the annual Duck Race hosted by KinderMourn at the beautiful U.S. National Whitewater Center, and what a meaningful day it was.

KinderMourn is a Charlotte-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, teens, and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Through counseling, support groups, and community programs, they provide a safe space for healing during some of life’s most difficult moments.

This year was especially meaningful for us, not just as sponsors, but as a team. Spending the day together outside the practice, rallying behind a cause that truly impacts our community, is exactly what stewardship means to us.

If you’re looking for a way to get involved locally, we can’t recommend KinderMourn enough. Whether through volunteering, donating, or simply helping spread awareness, your support can make a lasting difference.
