✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Felishia! ✨

Felishia is a Surgical Assistant/EMT in our Parkersburg office and has been part of the Mountain State family for almost 8 years! 💙

She loves the fast-paced environment of oral surgery, continuing to learn, and being part of a team that works together to make sure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their experience.

Outside of work, Felishia is all about family. She and her husband love spending summers on the Ohio River boating or jet skiing, cheering on the Florida Gators and Key West, and keeping up with their five kids! 🏖️🚤

And here’s a fun fact you might not know: Felishia was a firefighter for 10 years and was the first female lieutenant at her local department! 🚒👏

We’re so grateful to have Felishia on our team and for the energy, experience, and heart she brings to our patients every day. 💙

Buffy has been part of our Teays Valley team for just over a year and loves the face-to-face connection she gets with patients each day. She’s known for her positive attitude, willingness to help, and love for working with a team that truly supports one another.

Outside of work, Buffy enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with her boyfriend David and her parents, and teaching group fitness, something she’s done for 33 years! 💪

She was also honored with the 2019 Frontline Ambassador Award for outstanding customer service and has helped train several employees across our offices.
