Welcome Our New Hygienist: Tiffany Greer!

We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany Greer, a Registered Dental Hygienist, to our team at Harleston Dental!

Originally from Palm Harbor, Florida, Tiffany graduated in 2010 from St. Petersburg College with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in Monitoring Nitrous Oxide Anesthesia and Infiltration Anesthesia for Dental Hygiene Procedures.

Tiffany loves meeting new people and educating her patients on the benefits of good oral hygiene. Her professionalism, dedication, and passion for patient care perfectly reflect the values we uphold at Harleston Dental.

When she’s not in the office, Tiffany enjoys spending her weekends fishing, visiting the library, exploring museums, and strolling through downtown Charleston with her husband, Jon, and their four-year-old son, Thomas.

📣National Dental Hygiene Month is this month📣
There are so many factors that play a role in optimizing a healthy mouth: brushing, flossing, oral rinses, good diet, low acid drinks, no smoking or dipping, every six month checkups (with our awesome hygienist),and the list goes on and on!
One of the most undervalued and less understood benefits of straight teeth and ideal occlusion (your bite) is the ease of cleaning and keeping plaque bacteria or calculus (calcified plaque) out of the hard to reach areas.
So yes, all of the above listed are so important to a healthy smile, but tweaking those rotated and out of place teeth with clear aligner therapy can work wonders for a lifetime of cleaning bliss!! 😁
