Oral health is a key part of overall wellbeing. Cavities, gum disease, and tooth loss remain some of the most common health issues.

➡ 1 in 5 adults has at least one untreated cavity, which can lead to pain and infection.
➡ By age 9, about half of children have had a cavity in a baby or permanent tooth.

Good habits matter:
✔ Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste
✔ Floss daily
✔ Drink fluoridated water
✔ Stay on schedule with dental checkups

Small steps go a long way in protecting your smile this Oral Health Month!
