Lyons Dentistry in Central Square would love to add a team member. Our patients are like family, and their experience with our office is important. As many of you know, Upstate NY is short in dental providers and support team. Dr. Lyons is trying to balance patient care with front end duties. Our current office family is exceptional, we have a positive and cohesive work environment. Balancing personal life with work is important, and to allow maximum happiness, we could use another teammate.

Job Description - must have at least 5 years experience in the dental field. Strong communication skills and detail oriented with scheduling, referrals, insurance coordination of benefits. Dentrix knowledge preferred, or willingness to self-train online. Preference for willingness to fill in with dental assistant/sterilization duties as needed.

Days/ Hours: Monday 7-1 / Tuesday 7-4 / (Wed Off) / Thursday 7-4 / Friday 7-1
Reliability is key.

This position is meant to lead to an Office Manager Position after 1 year, to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient overall operations. Must have firm but friendly leadership skills and ability to mentor and foster a positive experience for both employees and patients.

Interviews will be help on Fridays and Saturdays.

We are planning on opening tomorrow ( Wed 2/19 ) for those patients that wish to keep their appt. For those who feel it is unsafe to drive or are still figuring out this snow mess, just take a breath and cancel your appt.

We will get all cancelled appts rescheduled as soon as possible.

I may be short staffed tomorrow, so plan on calls on Thursday and Friday.
