We’re in the business of smiles, but one of the best parts of what we do is getting to see so many of them every day.

From our patients’ first big smiles to the laughs shared in our office and the smiles we see throughout our community, we feel pretty lucky to be surrounded by so much happiness.

💚 Meet Holly! 💚

Holly is one of those people who makes our office a little brighter just by being in it. She’s always the first to arrive, remembers our patients by name, and is constantly finding little ways to bring joy to the people around her.

Her famous “happys” are a perfect example. 🥰 She’ll bring little trinkets or surprises to the office just because she wants to make someone smile. That kind of thoughtfulness is simply who Holly is.

She’s a pivotal part of our team, and we’re so thankful for the kindness, joy, and care she brings to our office and our patients every day. 💚

It might be:

An orthodontic consultation doesn't automatically mean braces. It's simply a chance to get answers, understand your options, and find out what's best for your smile.

This afternoon, Cari and Jack with the Maxwell Crew will be out front of the Bentonville West High School campus and Gamble, handing out free lemonade to families and students heading home for the day to celebrate the start of a new school year!
Just a little lemonade, a little sunshine, and a fun way to kick off back-to-school while bringing our community together! 💛

Dr. Maxwell couldn't resist grabbing a refreshing lemonade and a delicious cupcake while supporting some of our favorite young entrepreneurs. We love seeing our patients learning, growing, and chasing big dreams—one cup at a time! 💚

What an incredible day this was! 🤩 We are still absolutely buzzing from our 1-Year Anniversary Celebration & Official Ribbon Cutting this past Saturday! ✂️✨

To everyone who came out to celebrate with us—our wonderful patients, neighbors, friends, family, and the amazing local business community—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Seeing so many smiling faces reminded us exactly why we chose to build our practice here in Centerton.

When we opened our doors a year ago, our goal wasn't just to create beautiful smiles—it was to build a family. This first year has been filled with unforgettable milestones, new friendships, and so much laughter. Watching this community grow and getting to be a small part of your families' lives is the greatest privilege we could ask for.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special, especially our incredible team, who pours their hearts into caring for our patients every single day.
